Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace & Sunbathing Area

The kidney shaped pool is surrounded by plenty of sunbeds to relax on and enjoy the glorious sunshine. If shade is required, you can use the retractable awning.  There is a pergola with a table and chairs offering everything your need for alfresco dining. To the side is a charcoal BBQ and a Pool Table.

Entrance

There is a driveway to the side of the villa which is accessed from the main road, with space for 1 car. A small garden gate with 1 step up opens onto the terrace and entrance door.

Living Area

The living area is bright and spacious with patio doors allowing in plenty of natural light as well as access to the pool terrace. The room is furnished with a large sofa for up to 8 people and a flat screen TV with full Satellite TV.

Kitchen

Adjacent to the living area is the well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs, great for evening dinners after a lazy day spent by the pool. The Kitchen includes all mod cons, including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron, microwave and dishwasher. A separate door from here opens onto the rear of the property where you’ll find the washing machine in the utility room.

Bedrooms 

There are 4 comfortable bedrooms split between the ground floor and the first floor. On the first floor is the impressive double bedroom which has plenty of storage and an ensuite bathroom. Patio doors from the bedroom open onto a partially covered balcony with spectacular views out to the sea, ideal for relaxing evening with a cocktail or 2. The balcony can also be accessed from the first floor landing. Downstairs there are 3 twin bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. One of these bedrooms is ensuite and one has patio doors that open onto the pool terrace, great for a refreshing morning swim.

Prices are based on up to 6 people sharing. Additional guests over 6 have a supplement charge of £110 per guest per week.  First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free.
